Why Kordon?

Kordon comprises a special layer of webbing to which a precise treatment of synthetic pryrethoid is applied with 100% consistency. This is then sealed between two robust sheets of quality UV stable plastic to deliver environmentally safe termite protection that is not only guaranteed to last, but fully conforms with the Australian Building Code and AS3660.1-2000.

‘Standard Protection’

A Kordon Physical Barrier is installed to all the pipe penetrations that enter the home through the concrete slab. This prevents termites gaining concealed access from underneath the home.
NOTE: This standard protection does not include any treatment required before laying concrete or paved pathways around the perimeter of your home.

‘Premium Protection’
You have the option to upgrade your termite protection to include a perimeter termite barrier.
It is a fact that over 70% of termite infestations occur when termites gain access to the home via the perimeter. By choosing to have the Kordon Termite Barrier installed into the brickwork of your new home will mean you eliminate the need for chemical sprays as well as costly intrusive ongoing retreatments.
